Terms & Conditions

These standard terms and conditions of sale apply to all venues.

1. To redeem offer you must show "subscription confirmed" email to venue staff.
2. Offers not in conjuncntion with any other offer.
3. Management reserves the right to refuse offers at any time.

Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and any other person directly connected with this promotion.

2. To enter, complete your name, d.o.b, email address and postal address, and submit your entry.

3. Entries must be submitted between 00.00am on 15/11/2012 and 11.59pm on 15/01/2013. Entries received after this date or received by any other means (eg in the post) will not be accepted.

4. Only one entry per person. Entries via agents/third parties or by using multiple email addresses or Facebook accounts are not permitted.

5. There’s one main prize consisting of either an ipad3, ipad mini or an iphone5 to be won. There are five runners-up prizes of £50 Fratello's vouchers to be won. The runners-up will need to be Fratello's Italian Restaurant members to redeem the vouchers.

7. The prize winner will be the first name selected at random on 21/01/2013 from all valid entries. The runners-up prize winners will be the next five names selected at random.

8. The prize winners will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw. If a prize winner does not respond to this notification within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner at random from all remaining valid entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners.

9. Each prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.

10. The winners' details (name and county only) will be made available for 4 weeks only by writing to the Thatcard Facebook page (www.facebook.com/thatcard) for a period of 4 weeks after 15/01/2013.

11.The winners may be required to participate in future publicity.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or suspend the promotion or extend the entry period or disqualify any participant at any time for technical, legal or other reasons without giving advance notice.

13. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its Facebook page and is not responsible for any disruption to the promotion or its Facebook page due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control. Proof of submitting an on-line entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

14. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion. For entrants from the Republic of Ireland, the promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
